The Village allows up to 6 chickens per property. Chickens and coops are regulated by Section 168-15 and shall meet all other applicable requirements for accessory buildings as set forth in the Village of Fredonia Zoning Code.
Permits must be applied for by January 31, renewed annually, and cost $25.00.
