Strategic Priorities Adopted by Village Board

At the Thursday, August 17th, 2023 meeting, the Village Board of Trustees voted to adopt a new set of strategic priorities to help guide decision-making, planning, and both short and long-term goals.  These priorities are the result of numerous meetings, conversations and community engagement lead by the Village's Strategic Planning Subcommittee.
